Donald R. Davidson, III has been a litigation and trial attorney for over 40 years, representing a national clientele of businesses, financial institutions, non-profit educational and religious groups, trustees, contractors, insurers and health care corporations, including some of the largest companies in the United States. His practice is focused on representing and protecting client interests in a wide variety of transactional and litigation matters, including banking, construction, commercial law, creditor collections and enforcement of judgments, bankruptcy, fraud, misrepresentation and unfair business practices, insurance coverage and claims disputes, bad faith claims practices, officer, director and shareholder litigation, health care and health service professionals, probate and trust litigation, real estate, commercial and residential mortgage lending, lender liability, fiduciary litigation, foreclosure and trustee litigation, fraud recovery, title, escrow and lien disputes, unlawful detainer, real estate and broker liability claims, labor and employment litigation, and state and federal regulatory compliance matters. His trial experience includes jury and non-jury trials in the Courts of California and Nevada, including Contra Costa, El Dorado, Los Angeles, Marin, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Luis Obispo, Santa Clara and Ventura Counties (California) and Clark and Nye Counties (Nevada). He has appeared in appellate matters before the California Courts of Appeal (First, Second and Fourth Appellate Districts) as well as the Nevada Supreme Court.
